Terms and Conditions TheCornerRewards

This section outlines the terms and conditions governing the TheCornerRewards loyalty program.

THECORNER.COM TONY SRL, with its registered office at Via Carducci, 32 – 20123, Milan, Italy, the creator and promoter of TheCornerRewards loyalty program, reserves the right to process the personal data provided by the user in accordance with the applicable regulations (Article 13 and subsequent Articles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council).
Detailed information about the processing methods, purposes, storage, and the rights exercisable by the data subjects are available in the Privacy Policy published on the TheCorner.com website.
By participating in TheCornerRewards, the user agrees to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

How It Works
You can join TheCornerRewards program by creating an account on the TheCorner.com website.
The created account, the rewards obtained, and TC Points are personal and non-transferable.
Users who already have an account on TheCorner.com at the time of the program's launch will be automatically enrolled in TheCornerRewards and will immediately receive 150 TC Points.

Enrollment in TheCornerRewards can be canceled at any time by submitting a request via email to our Customer Service at customercare.eu@thecorner.com. Once enrollment is canceled, the user will no longer be able to use or redeem accumulated TC Points or rewards.

If the user has opted out of receiving communications from TheCorner.com, they will not receive information regarding TheCornerRewards. Subscribing or reactivating communications can be done by visiting TheCorner.com and entering the email address in the designated newsletter subscription box.
It is possible to deactivate communications related to TheCornerRewards and still continue participating in the program.

However, the user may still receive certain service communications that are strictly necessary for the management of the program, such as:

• Notifications regarding the expiration of accumulated points
• Monthly reminders about point balance or available rewards
• Important updates about how the program works

If a Customer has multiple accounts on TheCorner.com, these will not be merged, and the Customer will appear as a separate user for each account. Each account may be assigned to a different tier level.

Levels
Upon registration, the user acquires Bronze level status. By accumulating TC Points, the user can access higher levels (Silver and Gold) and enjoy the associated benefits. The benefits linked to the levels may change at any time and will be communicated through newsletters or other communication channels.

• Bronze Level: 1-1999 TC Points
• Silver Level: 2000-3999 TC Points
• Gold Level: 4000+ TC Points

Levels have no expiration. Once a user reaches a specific level, they will retain that status even if they use or lose TC Points.
Each level provides the holder of TheCornerRewards program with specific benefits as outlined below and also described in the dedicated section on TheCorner.com.

Validity of TC Points
Confirmed TC Points are valid for 12 months from the date of the last qualifying purchase.
Each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points for 12 months.
If a customer has not made any orders since joining the Loyalty Program, the expiration period will be calculated from the moment the account is enrolled.
If the customer does not make purchases for a consecutive period of 12 months, all approved points will expire. Points earned during the 12-month period for non-purchase activities will also expire on the same date.

How to Earn TC Points
Upon registration for TheCornerRewards, users will immediately earn 150 TC Points. Points can be earned through various activities as described below:
• Purchases on TheCorner.com
• Follow TheCorner.com on Instagram – 15 TC Points
• Like TheCorner.com’s Facebook page – 15 TC Points
• Complete the user profile by adding the birth date – 300 TC Points upon birthday
• Refer a friend – 300 TC Points if new users make a purchase over 200 euros. Friends are offered a 15% discount code valid for their first purchase of full-price items.
• Subscribe to our mailing list – 75 TC Points

Online Purchases on TheCorner.com
• 1 TC Point for every 1€ spent for Bronze and Silver levels
• 2 TC Points for every 1€ spent for Gold level

Points are calculated for each order, escluding shipping costs.

Pending TC Points
TC Points earned from purchases are confirmed 30 days after the order date. If the user makes a return, the points corresponding to the returned items will be deducted from the total.

Using TC Points
Users can use the accumulated TC Points to request various rewards such as:

• €15 Voucher – 300 TC Points
• €30 Voucher – 600 TC Points
• €50 Voucher – 1000 TC Points

The redeemed voucher can be used for a subsequent order by simply entering the code in the designated box at checkout. Voucher codes cannot be combined with other promotional codes and can only be used in a single transaction. It is not possible to split the voucher amount across multiple orders.
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the moment they are redeemed.

General Information
THECORNER.COM SRL is the promoter of TheCornerRewards program and reserves the right to modify its terms, suspend, or cancel the program at any time without prior notice.
TheCornerRewards is a benefit that can be suspended, revoked, or canceled at any time by THECORNER.COM SRL, with or without reason. In the event of cancellation of the service, all benefits, including TC Points and other advantages, will be automatically lost without notice.
THECORNER.COM SRL does not assume any responsibility for unused TC Points or the loss of other benefits linked to the program.
Participation in the program is limited to users who are at least 18 years old.
THECORNER.COM SRL reserves the right to revoke participation or TC Points in case of program abuse.
