P.A.R.O.S.H. (or Paolo Rossello Second Hand) is the brainchild of Italian designer Paolo Rossello. It all started when he began personalizing new and vintage clothing in the 1980s. He went off to college to study architecture but continued to pursue his passion for altering garments. He was finally convinced to take it seriously when he saw the success it had become. He then decided to relocate to Bologna where his clothes were sold in local boutiques, garnering attention and new clients, growing the business through word of mouth. P.A.R.O.S.H. was established at first to fulfill Rossello’s dream of creating customized vintage dresses and has since expanded to other types of clothing as well as bags, accessories, and footwear. The brand’s designs are contemporary and sophisticated while retaining the best bits about buying vintage: refined details, quality materials, and timeless tailoring.
