Clio Bargellini

‘In the 70’s my great-grandmother had a vintage shop, and I still have this memory of her in my heart’. Those are the words of Clio Bargellini, young influencer with 25K followers on Instagram. If you want to find out all there’s to know about this vintage lover, keep on reading!

**Can you tell us how your passion for vintage was born? What’s the aspect you find the most stimulating in your work? **

My passion for vintage was born when I was very little thanks to my mum and grandmas. I’ve always been fascinated by their clothes and shoes, as a child I’d try anything on! In the 70’s my great-grandmother had a vintage shop, and I still have this memory of her in my heart. The aspect I like the most about my experience with vintage is researching, looking for pieces, thinking about the history they might have, and then reproposing them in a modern way.

I have many clothes I’m very attached to and I usually wear on bad days, because they always fill me with love, the love for memories.

How would you describe your wardrobe with three words?

I consider my wardrobe essential and genderless, because I have as many masculine pieces as I have very feminine ones, and I mix them together to create a balanced result. It’s also a wardrobe full of memories, because I have many clothes I’m very attached to and I usually wear on bad days, because they always fill me with love, the love for memories.

What’s the accessory, or clothing item, you can’t do without?

I could never do without blazers. White, black, grey, checkered, I have blazers of all kinds, and I can’t think of a wardrobe without a single blazer!
