In 1952, Hubert de Givenchy founded the homonymous Maison in the Rue Alfred de Vigny, in the eighth arrondissement of Paris and soon became one of the most important couturiers in the world. Architectural and elegant lines mark the identity of the brand. Icons of the past like Audrey Hepburn up to celebrities of the days like Cate Blanchett have been and are big fans of the French fashion house. The women's wardrobe is composed of elegant blouses and very light skirts. The world of accessories is vast and includes iconic bags such as the Antigona model. The current creative director of Givenchy is Clare Waight Keller who imagines her woman as confident, feminine and independent.
