The colour of nature par excellence ruled the runways of the Women’s Fall-Winter 2019/20 shows. From beige, tan, copper, russet to brick brown: all the shades of brown playfully inspired the most notable brands, such as Burberry and Max Mara, to design their collections for the cooler months ahead. Romantic bohemian velvet jackets and richly embroidered coats walked the Etro catwalk. Dominating the collection presented by Zimmermann were animal prints and silk espionage dresses. A chestnut fur jacket with oversized chest pockets and yellow stitch trimmings throughout was sent down the Fendi runway, and we definitely found the coat of our dreams! Also, not to be missed were the captivating polka-dot blouses and silk long tailored trousers.
